So I recently did the Bellingham Fitness 6 week challenge. I lost 26.4 lbs and 10.4% body fat. Saying that I feel and look great is a major understatement. Was it a challenge, Oh Yeah, but well worth it. I’m excited for the summer weather to get to the lake and pool to show off the hard work. I worked very hard but had support for the Bellingham Fitness staff and the rest of the group in the challenge. I made new friends and was surprised how much support everyone had for each other. The trainer Lenny is the best ever. He actually cares about each person and their success. I owe a lot to him. THANKS LENNY!! Besides training hard they also supplied me with a food plan and for success you need to follow it. I was religious about what I ate and more important about what I didn’t eat. Now over a month later I can say that it changed my life as I still am following the diet. It not only transformed me but my family as well. We are all consciously eating much healthier. If you are thinking about taking up the Challenge I say go for it. I still show up at the workouts to stay in shape and I am having the best time ever in doing so. THANKS Bellingham Fitness!!

I love this gym!! The staff is really awesome, they are always willing to help and give advice. I did the 6 week challenge, it's a new program they are offering at the facility and I lost 20 pounds, in just 6 weeks!!! We got a meal plan, professional advice and specialized training. I am very happy I did this, it pushed me to be better about my nutrition and I learned a lot. I highly recommend this gym, and everyone who's trying to see a real change should try the 6 week challenge.
